KETO/LOW CARB -SLOW COOKER RANCH PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 8oz Container of Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
  • lbs of Pork Loin, thawed
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Water
    KETO/LOW CARB -SLOW COOKER RANCH PORK CHOPS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put a slow cooker liner in the bottom of the crock. Dump both cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 cups of Water and the Ranch Dressing Mix in a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix it all together. Add the mushrooms here and stir them in gently if you're using them.
  2. Slice the pork loin into 6 slices, then layer them on the bottom of the lined slow cooker. Pour the soup mixture over the pork, then set your slow cooker to 8 hours on low.
  3. Serve warm with a side of veggies, mashed cauliflower, or another side of your choice!
