Weight Watchers Chicken Cordon Bleu

You’re right! Another chicken recipe.  This might just be my best one yet.  This Weight Watchers Chicken Cordon Bleu will have you thinking you are cheating on the program!

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese (this is my favorite cheese)
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup – unprepared
  • 1 cup finely crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika, I prefer smoked)
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 halves)
  • 8 slices Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ham, thick slices
  • Juice of half a lemon

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
