Vegan Keto Carbonara | MeatFreeKeto.com - This creamy and flavorful vegan keto carbonara "pasta" is a delicious and filling - a gluten-free, vegetarian low carb twist on a classic dinner.

Ingredients
For the Tofu (makes 4 servings):
  • 1 block (14oz/400g)  firm tofu
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium tamari

For the Sauce (makes 5 servings):
  • 1 cup (160g) hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (60g) nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) water

For the Whole Dish:
  • 1 package shirataki noodles (8oz/226g)
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast to serve
  • 1 scallion stalk, sliced
  • Fresh black pepper
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) of the above Sauce
  • 1/4 batch of the above tofu
