LOW CARB-EASY CRAB STUFFED SALMON RECIPE WITH LEMON BUTTER

  • 2 lb Salmon (wider filet works best)
  • 2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)

  • 8 oz Lump crab meat
  • 1/2 large Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
