KETO CHICKEN CABBAGE CASSEROLE

An easy and healthy one-pan meal on a busy weeknight or a delicious side dish for a group. Chicken & Cabbage smothered in cheesy garlic flavors for a nourishing meal.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, divided chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • salt & pepper
