Keto Banana Nut Muffins

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cold and cut in 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 Cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons banana extract
  • 1 1/4 Cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
