Garlic Parmesan Wings

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ - ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese from the green can
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Dozen Frozen Wing Pieces
  • ½ Cup Melted Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to Broil.

Stovetop Method

  • In a large stockpot, cover wings with water and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 10 minutes.

Instant Pot Method

  • Place wings in Instant Pot liner and pour in 1 cup of water.
  • Place lid on, lock in place, and make sure steam valve is closed.
  • Process wings on manual high pressure for 10 minutes, then Quick Release the steam.

Crisp the wings

  • Place on a broiler pan and broil for 5-10 minutes on each side, turning part way through, until desired crisp is reached.
