Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup fresh raw broccoli florets chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into the loaf pan.
