WEIGHT WATCHER SKINNY TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Skinny Teriyaki Chicken made with a quick and easy homemade teriyaki sauce in less than 30 minutes! Weight Watcher friendly recipe with just 4 smart points per serving!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar unpacked
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • canola oil spray
  • 1 1/2 pound chicken breasts butterflied into think filets
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • sesame seeds for garnish optional

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the canola oil to a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Spray all the chicken pieces quickly with a canola oil spray.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side before removing the chicken from the skillet.
