Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup is an easy to make and deliciously creamy warm meal for a healthy winter evening or lunch that fits my macros!

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb Broccoli Chopped Finely
  • 2 Tbsp Butter I prefer Kerry Gold
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese Cubed
  • 2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 8 Oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Minced
  • 1/4 Tsp Xanthum Gum
  • 2-3 Baby Carrots Minced
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • To Taste Sea Salt
  • To Taste Ground Black Pepper
