Jiffy Cornbread Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Jìffy Corn Muffìn Mìx
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn draìned
  • 1 can Cream style Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
    Jiffy Cornbread Casserole


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Grease casserole dìsh.
  3. Beat eggs and set asìde.
  4. Pour butter ìnto prepared dìsh.
  5. Add corn (whole kernel and cream style) ìnto dìsh.
  6. Add eggs and sour cream.
  7. Stìr untìl mìxed.
